When should I expect delivery?

Credit cards will not be charged until items are shipped.

Items that are currently in stock are dispatched between 3 and 7 business days after the placement of your order. We work with several suppliers to maintain the individuality of our items; please allow up to 3 weeks for garments that are backordered. After the product leaves Dadadie Brücke™, standard USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping times apply, which depends on your location and the volume being handled by USPS and FedEx at the time of order.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact us at dadadress@dadadress.com, or via the form on the Contact Us page before ordering. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide an estimate of the time required for dispatch, and will always try to accommodate special requirements wherever possible.

Adjustments & Exchanges

It's important to us that the product you receive is of both good quality and fits you correctly. We've put together some Exchanges guidelines to make sure that this happens.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY ***

Because the majority of our clothing is made to order, all sales are final - however we will always work with you if subtle fit adjustments are necessary. Items cannot be exchanged, but can be returned for alterations. Reasonable alterations are free of charge.* (You only pay shipping.)

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Dadadie Brücke™ shall, at our discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify Dadadie Brücke™ within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

(Receipt date will be considered to be the last day of promised delivery by your selected carrier.)

Please note that we offer a very reasonable alterations and adjustment service. If you find that an item you’ve ordered needs subtle changes owing to styling and fit preferences, we will make every effort to ensure that you end up with something that you are ultimately happy with. Customs & Duty

Please note that all shipments to non-US / Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

(* Reasonable alterations would include services such as seam adjustments, for instance width or length alterations where seam allowance makes this possible. Examples of adjustments that incur charges would be a scenario where a size 14 was accidentally selected by the customer rather than a size 4, or if a styling change was requested, such as turning a longer dress into a mini dress.)
